Keep Dreaming Foundation (“KDF,” “we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in Live Oak, Texas (EIN 83-0845768). We respect your privacy. This page explains the limited information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
This website is a static informational site. We do not run accounts, advertising trackers, or analytics that identify you personally. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us:
- Contact form details. When you use the “Get involved” form, we collect the name, email address, intent (donate, volunteer, or partner), optional amount, and message you enter. This information is delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (FormSubmit) so we can reply to you. It is not stored in a database on this website.
- Emails you send us at [email protected].
- Language preference, saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers English or Spanish. This never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to you, to coordinate donations, volunteering or partnerships, and to keep records required of a nonprofit organization. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it except where required by law.
Third-party services
To deliver the “Get involved” form to us by email, we use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co); the details you submit pass through their service for the sole purpose of reaching our inbox. To display the site we also load fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D graphics library from a public content-delivery network (jsDelivr). These providers may receive your IP address as part of serving those files, as is standard for any website. We do not control their practices; please review their respective policies.
Donations
We do not process payments on this website. If you arrange a donation with us directly, any payment is handled outside this site through the method we agree on with you. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; please retain your receipt and consult a tax advisor.
Children’s privacy
Although our mission serves children, this website is directed to adults who wish to support our work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Your choices
You can clear the saved language preference at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage. To ask what information we may hold about you from your correspondence, or to request its deletion, email us at the address below.
